I tried to play the MADison but it cannot due to an Error "UnityPlayer.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem". Downloaded the zip file.
I have the exact same issue. Was gonna play it on my channel today since I did the initial demo. 😕

How different is it from the original demo?
It is the same demo, but starts from the beginning of the game and features all the new mechanics, camera, walking, running, interactions, etc. But essentially it is the same demo but updated
I was asking because I was considering recording a video, but if it's pretty much the same, then there's no need.
